Kids' classes begin at age 5. We do not currently offer a class for 3–4-year-olds, but we are working on starting a tots program soon.

We offer free trial classes so you can try it out first. Then, speak with our front desk team about membership options that suit your goals.

We do not offer traditional boxing, but we have Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu classes available for both kids and adults.

• Gi Classes: You’ll need a traditional Jiu Jitsu gi (komono). We have clean loaners for beginners trying a trial class. We roll in every class. Mouth guards are optional, but recommended. We recommend you bring lots of water and slip on shoes such as slides, CROCS, or flip-flops as shoes must be worn off the mats and especially in the restroom, and never worn on the mats. Belt promotions are based on attendance, performance, and skill development. • No-Gi Classes: Rash guard and grappling shorts are recommended. We roll in every class. Mouth guards are optional, but recommended. • Women’s Only Class: Saturdays at 2:00 PM • We also offer a women’s membership that allows access to all Jiu Jitsu classes at a discounted rate. • Drop-in classes are $10 if you prefer not to enroll in a membership.
